All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of a defective product.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@bracelettt.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit at our discretion.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
We do not accept returns for items that are not defective. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Final Product Preview
After your order is placed, we will send you image(s) of the finished product before it ships. This gives you the opportunity to review the final result before it is dispatched.

48-Hour Cancellation Window
Upon receiving your final product image(s), you will have 48 hours to request a cancellation by emailing support@bracelettt.com with your order number. Requests within this window will be honoured in full.

Standard 1-Hour Window
You may also cancel within 1 hour of your original purchase by emailing us immediately. After that initial hour, your order enters processing and the only remaining cancellation opportunity is the 48-hour post-preview window.

After the 48-hour preview window closes, your order will ship and can no longer be cancelled.
